    The 12-hour challenge is just that.  It is 12 hours of intense training, intense cardio, and intense coaching.  You will start your challenge on the track where you will run through a track workout and then the rest of the day will be spent in the gym.  This is 12 hours of hardcore training and you will come out with a wealth of knowledge.
