
The 12-week contest prep is designed for athletes that are preparing for a competition that they are 12 weeks out from. It is comprised of a 4 week training program, 4 week nutrition program, and 4 week cardio program that will be changed depending on your progress with your prep. This program will also include the diet, training, and cardio that you will perform the last week leading up to the show.
