
This is a weekend camp where you will get to spend the weekend with 4 x Fitness Olympia Champ and learn her secrets. You will get over 20 hours of health and fitness guidance and will help you be on your way to a better you. The weekend with 4 x Fitness Olympia Champ will include three high intensity training sessions, three cardio sessions, three core training sessions, two track workouts, a wealth of nutritional information, tips on healthy cooking, and any question you can throw at the champ!
