Kristina Rojas is 22 and was born and raised in Mcallen Tx. She has been very active her whole life shes been involved in activities such as cheerleading, gymnastics, track and soccer. After high school she cheered at the University of Texas Pan American as well as a Pro Arena Cheerleader for a pro arena Football team the Rio Grande Valley Dorados. She is attending college right now studying to become a registered dietition also working as a personal trainer.

Growing up she was always inspired watching fitness competitions on television. Wishing that one day she could be exactly like them. She always saw herself competing in fitness but she never knew the right route to take. Others would tell her she should compete but it wasnt until her first job after high school as a personal trainer that she had the right guidance to do what she always dreamed of.

She started competing at the age of 19 in 2006 at the NPC Laredo Gateway Classic where she got 1st in fitness. At that moment she knew that she found her calling! She fell in love with the sport and just being on that stage rocking her routine just made her feel so unbelievable. At that moment she became determined to make her way up into the fitness industry. In 2007 she competed in the NPC John sherman Classic where she also placed 1st as well qualifying for nationals. She decided to go for it and do the NPCFitness Nationals that same year. It was until 3 weeks before nationals that she was left with no guidance and was i desperate need of help. This is where Adela Garcia came to the rescue. She contacted her asking for the right guidance. Adela fixed her diet, corrected her posing and help clean her routine. Kristina was so excited for stepping on that Nationals stage and in the end getting her Pro Card at age 20 at her 1st Nationals!

After that Adela kept Kristina under her wing working with her physique and routines. She did her pro debut in 2008 at the IFBB Houston Pro along with the Europa getting 9th. She competed in 2009 at the Europa Super show in Dallas getting 6th as well as the Ft. Lauderdale cup getting 4th! Kristina is making her way up and is determined to make it to the top. She is excited for 2010 bringing in an even better package along with a new and improved routine.
I feel so blessed with having the right guidance from the most awsome chica ever! She helped me when i was in desperate need of help teaching me alot! Adela is a big inspiration to me and working with her has been a great journey! I have learned so much from her and i am so thankful for having her guide me through my journey in the fitness industry!!
